I totally agree here. The first 2 points are relatively straight
forward, but you've got some pretty complex queueing stuff going on
there, and I'm not sure the queueing system in Asterisk is exactly up
to that task (especially in the skills based routing).

There is a company called Aheeva which tends to specialize in the more
complex queueing stuff for Asterisk that you're talking about, and
while I don't work for them, or even used their products, I've heard
good things from some reputable sources. Take that as you will :)

As for the reporting stuff, again, Shidan's statement still stands,
and you'll probably be looking at some development.

While the software is free, its not exactly free :)
