The tariff says it is available... (below). I called Bell back and they told me so long as I have my lines in a hunt group, I can't have Call Forward Busy. So... just as a sanity check, before I do this... would I not be better to remove the hunt group and simply manually program my three lines to roll over on call forward busy? This way, I essentially get a hunt group on my 3 lines and the 3rd line forward into the DID when busy? Just checking...

Save your time; it cannot be done with the packages they offer (you can have it on a regular business line, but then you will lose the features of the link line. It is probably do-able from a technical perspective, but the bureaucracy at Bell does not allow it to happen. I wish I'd recorded it. Anyways, onto my problem. We got our Unlimitel lines in yesterday - very quick activation, great support (thanks Stephan). We currently have 3 Bell lines in a hunt group and want to set our last line to call forward on busy to our new Unlimitel line. Bell said because we have Local Link lines, it cannot be done. I'm hoping this is not true. Any takers? Thanks, Doug -- No virus found in this incoming message. Checked by AVG Free Edition.
