I have a menu presented to the user then their call is connected, how do I
make that call be the start of where the CDR counts/bills and decides on
status of the call?  Right now they're all showing up as answered because
the menu picked up the call and did it's job even if the call delivered to
Unlimitel fails or is unanswered.

On another note, does anyone know what FAILED means in the status?  I know
those calls have gone through because often times, I'm on the receiving end
of them.
