That is it! The end is near... The end of Rogers and Bell having a huge monopoly. After this rolls out I'm sure the TTC will follow suit and soon enough Rogers and Bell will have to offer dual wifi and gsm phones with unlimited local calling for under $40. If they don't they will certainly fall.
I am very excited about this news. It is light on the technical details but Ill assume for now that Hydro One actually knows what they are doing (I can hope).
