Hello again,

Since my last request I have been working on a2billing and I have looked at some tutorials and the documentation on their site but they don't seem to help a lot. Does anyone know of any detailed documentation for a2billing AAH ???

As a test, I want to setup a prepaid customer that connects with softphone and gets billed by a2billing.  Before setting up a2billing I was able to make Toll Free calls with fwd using *1800xxxXXXX. So I want to use this fwd feature and bill the test customer

The prepaid customer I made does register to right Tariff group and fwd trunk but the error msg is: "Call failed: 499 Not acceptable here" when I use X-lite.

my fwd outgoing trunk dial pattern is : 393|. (in AAH)

and the I left the trunk prefix empty in a2billing.

I tried dialing 393 before dialing a number or just dial *1800 or 1800 but always get above msg.

Can anyone help plz?

Thanks,

Bruce

Hello guys,

I have so far been able to install [EMAIL PROTECTED].
I have installed it on my Gateway Duo Centrino (Yes, that is 1.67 GHZ dual CPU )

I used VMWare Workstation to install CentOS ([EMAIL PROTECTED] package) parallel to Win XP. It runs smoothly. Thanks to Herbert for telling me about VMWare Workstation. Attached are some snap shots.

Anyways...

Extensions were setup and soft clients do connect and work properly. Though, CRM seems to be pretty complex. Where can I get detailed instructions on how to set it up?

I also need IVR to connect to billing and read balance and so on.

Can someone please suggest what other third party software should I download to achive this complete prepaid calling card type of solution?

Or does [EMAIL PROTECTED] already have all these features?

I can use either Windows or CentOS platform for Billing/IVR software; so any suggestions for both OS are welcome.

Regards,
Bruce

P.S. Reza, I would like to contribute if there is a Paypal setup. The group has helped me learn a lot and I want to give back.
