Pay special attention to the externip setting. What might be happening is that your Asterisk box is registering with Unlimitel saying "Hi, I'm at 192.168.x.y" or some private address instead of your actual public IP from Rogers/Bell. In that case, you'll be able to place outbound calls, but not receive incoming calls. The obvious issue with putting an IP address is that you probably don't have a static IP from your internet provider and therefore your external address could change at any time. One solution mentioned on the Wiki is to use dyndns or some similar service.
