It's not an issue; Bell doesn't provide CPD for about that long, if I remember 
correctly.  (it's been a while since I've touched a POTS line!)

I don't have any data on the inside goodness of Sangoma cards so I can't 
comment on the debug logs, but it seems like you have a handle on that 
already.
