You shouldn't have to do anything special.

I take it you're using an IP provider, not a T1/PRI.  If it's T1/PRI then
you have to consider that many carriers terminate toll free service to a
local number (often called the conversion number) then terminate the local
number to you.  You should be clear on what the DNIS digits are so that
you're looking for the right thing.

What sort of symptoms are you having?
