Interesting, well, I just checked out the service area's of both rogers portable, and sympatico unplugged, it almost seems like the service area's are a carbon copy of each others. That and my area is excluded. (New Tecumseth, ON)

Portable internet doesn't require cable service anywhere

If you are within the coverage area and you have the CPE radio, then you've got 3mb or 1.5mb service

Apparently this service will cover the same footprint as cellular service does now when it is fully deployed

The only thing about 'portable' is that they only have desk mounted CPE currently, so it should be called 'luggable' internet
