Hi Zoltan, it sounds as though you don't have enough bandwidth or your PC is too slow, check your network connection too. Your LAN connection should be at 100mps. Your MTU should be 1500 for rogers cable so I don't think that this is the problem.
Lastly, do a Google search for "Modem Speed" and select a speed test, if it is really slow then get Rogers to test the line.
