Okay, I love wireshark. (was ethereal.)

So I extracted both streams and both contained audio. The audio that is
not coming across on the Polycoms is fainter than the Polycom audio but
it is audible on my speakers. I have three calls that match this. I
mixed the two streams

Could it be the volume? Jitter?
