Did it send and receive successfully?  I was able to make it compile with 
relatively no problems but as soon as I tried to run RxFax it would crash 
asterisk.

Unfortunately it was a production environment for a trade show so I wasn't able 
to debug, I needed the solution immediately and I ended up getting a SIP 
connection from my provider and used fax over IP.  Since there was so much 
bandwidth, it worked perfectly.
