$800 even in core downtown. Are you talking about co-location or is it some
sweet deal you have found somewhere?

Like you say, those analog loops were developed before computers were even
considered. It's for this reason that I hate dealing with analog lines. If
you can justify a bit more cost even on a small system, (Full PRI circuits can
be had for under $600 if you really shop), a PRI circuit will take a bit longer
to get setup, but the reward is huge in terms of features and reliability.
