Gtalk's voice quality is pretty good. I use it to chat overseas. The network
and protocol is not yet blocked in any of Asian countries so that makes it a
very good choice for future asterisk integration. Asterisk 1.4 has it
integrated but there is no proper documentation on it and it's still ambiguous.
Also, gtalk's development site promises support for sip in future. I find
