Hello John:

There's really no need to break your back over sniffing the packets here. The solution is quite simple. If your xLite softphone works with their service - then it will work with your Asterisk 100%. There's a hint!

Cheers!
Reza.

Subject: [on-asterisk] Anyone had success to connect with ciktel?

Hi,

I recently signed up with this voip provider at www.ciktel.com. The
sales guy told me as they are using SIP so it should be fine with my *.
Although they don't have any document to help me,I thought I was brave
to take the adventure of integrate their service into my * box which has
been working with other voip providers for over a year. First I managed
to test it successfully with x-lite softphone. Then I tried to debug,
sniffer etc for about 3 days now. The tech support there asked me to try
different adapter but that's not what I want. Anyway, it turned out I am
running out ideas and could not get it up and running properly. I don't
want to get into pages of debug/sniffer data again as I am pretty tired.
I just want to know if anyone did make it with your * box and could you
please paste the config?

Thanks.

John Li
