Hello Andrew,1- I have used Vbuzzer before and I would highly recommend them. 
They have a great price and good quality service. But, when you say you are 
going to use it for home just remember that there is no  911 support to it. 
Just browse their site and you will be amazed by their prices. I am not sure if 
their international termination is too good but again it's probably better that 
landlines rates.2- This list is not search able. I believe Simon has some plans
