Some correction to what I noted, if I make any change in FreePBX (like
just re-save an extension and apply changes), the truck starts answering
things properly. So it isn't just when I re-save the inbound route. 

                

I will capture  it going up and down and forward the log later tonight.

Can you forward your logs....that sounds like something's skipping on
your dial plan...or the AA context is just no being executed at all...
