I have completed an application that implements click to call via web
interface for client billing, I wanted to know if anyone had any
experience with app_notify or some other call notification that can
broadcast a message PHP can listen in on.
I have developed call notification for Jabber clients using XMPPHP but
I would rather asterisk write out a file and have ajax call a script
every second (and maybe spice it up a bit with jQuery growl).

I think it would be really neat to have an automated full duplex call
billing infrastructure (not just outgoing).
I was thinking just a simple CDR query would do it however I wanted to
know if calls are added to the CDR immediately or at call termination.
