Hello Everyone, I have a queue that has some trouble because there are agents logged on that don't exist anymore. I removed all dynamic agents from agents.conf, deleted the queue, rebooted the system and once created the queue with the same extension still the same agents are online. In nutshell, how can I log off everyone from the queue from CLI?
"queue remove member xxx from xxx" doesn't work as I get "Unable to remove interface 'XXX' from queue 'XXX': Not there" I need to keep the queue number as is so making a queue with a new number is not an option.
