I have both fax and pos terminals working over voip.
faxes however tend to get locked at 9600 baud most of the time.
T.38 is the best approach however a low latency connection (with
consistent latency) using ulaw allows for fax/pos transmissions at 9600
baud, by no means however should you call this reliable if your using
dsl or cable isp transports.
