*67 should disable it permanently (until you enable it back with *68), but
you can add it automatically by using the dial plan. For example, let's say
your dial plan is something like

(*xx|911|[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|1[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|0xxxx.)

Let's say want to prepend *67 in front of the local and long distance calls.
Then your will change to

(*xx|911|<:*67>[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|<:*67>1[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|0xxxx.)

This works only with Sipura/Linksys adapters

Let me clarify a little.

The Sipura's SIP Trunk is direct to the VoiP provider. So no Asterisk server
in between.

Again, I can disable the CallerID by keying in *67.

Is there a way I can just always have *67 entered automatically in front of
a number?

Anyone know how to always block callerID when making a SIP call via this
unit?

I can get it to *67, but I don't want to have to do that every time I make a
call.
