Dean, I just realized those gains are only configurable by the configuration file (cfg files), but the AAstra linkpro firmware won't allow phone to use configure file. Do i have to change the firmware back to regular SIP firmware (by using the 1 #) and then reconfigure the gains? That's will be painful since i have so many phones and i don't know the good value for the gains. Can you help?
