They have a cause with piratebay.org and traffic throttling, and ISP content responsibility battle, etc...I don't think anyone can sue TAUG as an entity unless we go crazy over the North York Civic Centre tables and break their chairs or the only decoration item (the wall clock) :) I like the idea but probably that's the last thing on anyone's mind.
