Don't bother with Xplorenet for VoIP.. very high RT delay, packet loss is the norm and jitter is all over the place.. plus you have to deal with "FAP" or fair access policy which basically states if you use your connection for broadband style access for an extended amount of time, you get throttled down to dial up speeds..
