You could try Jazz FM (91.1) they don't have any objection to you using their feed but you should check if royalties need to be paid as there are legal ramifications when "rebroadcasting" recorded music. Most feeds use quite a lot of bandwidth so this should be taken into account. As an aside, it would be nice to convert an analog audio signal (radio) to SIP. I have a couple of old Grandstream phones that might be suitable for connecting to a radio, the solution would then be to use a SIP extension as the MOH source. Even an ATA might work ?
