Distortion on a channel isn't typically indicative of a digital circuit
Master clock is typically provided by provider, unless if course your
feeding another box via a pri card

this before. In a PRI configuration, which end normally runs Master
Clock? If this is misconfigured, would this be the cause of
occasional distortion of the voice channels? It would be good to
resolve this problem now that the switch is moved to a quality
