Okay, so the first question is who is the phone company ? Are they a Norstar equipment vendor? Is the equipment lease to own or just a rental lease? Who do your clients pay for the CO lines (Bell Canada?) Note: It's very difficult to get people to move from rent to own because they feel that as long as they keep paying the lease they are continuing to invest in their equipment and that one day they will own it (outright). Of course, by the time they have finished paying for it the equipment is quite old and require an expensive service contract to keep it working.
