Bruce, I just checked with our person in charge with LNP and she never got a rejection for SNR numbers.
The only rejection she gets (other than mismatch information) are for Ident-A-Call lines or line in an existing hunt group. The customer needs to convert the Ident-A-Call number to a real line before porting it out.
