Hi,
try a Mikrotik Routerboard, there are scripts that will let you monitor all of your ports and switch and also allow for QOS.
You need to get a handle on how to work with it, but it also has a gui.

You have a Good Day now,

Hi Guys,
Looking for a business grade dual or triple WAN port router/load balancer. This
router is to be used with Asterisk, Bell Canada DSL modem, Rogers cable modem,
and Primus Cisco routers. It definitely has to be QOS friendly and do a good
job if any of the above three internet providers go down. Though, I might even
settle for Dual WAN port if no good three ports can be found.
VPN support and not pass-through can be a bonus.
Can you recommend any from experience?
Thanks,Bruce _________________________________________________________________
