Hi guys, I have been using FreePhoneLine for a couple of months now. It works quite well, except for one annoying thing that I can't find any reason for.
Have any of you using freephoneline had it drop the connection on you? It is fairly infrequent and appears to be random. the asterisk logs do not show any indecation of the cause I have not experienced this with other carriers. I am using asterisk v1.4.21.2 (the version that is packaged with Debian Lenny) on this machine. I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this... Is it an FPL quirk? Is there a solution within Asterisk that you have found? The FPL staff say that their system is not at fault and if you are using asterisk, they don't want to talk to you any further... Do I have to set up an ATA to see if it happens on it? then go to the fpl staff for further investigation? Any and all suggestions, gratefully accepted... --terry -- Name: Terry D.
