I'm having an odd problem with a Polycom 601 on Asterisk 1.4.18. The Buddy List only shows other extensions in use if the extension is on hold. Does anyone have any leads I could follow up on for this? I've been unsuccessful with Google so far, and I'm hoping someone out there has run into this same problem before and has an idea of where to go with this.
