Try to use port filed in sip.conf
like this:

> host=sip.spikko.com
port=5090
> usernmae=xxxxx
>
> secret=yyyyyy
> compactheader=no
> type=peer

Spikko is an israli DID provider.
Anyone has succeeded making or receiving calls from spikko?
