Hello guys, about a week ago I received the Atcom IPPBX08. I ordered some FXS and FXO units as well, also I have Atcom AT530P, 620P and 610P telephones.
I have a few questions maybe somebody figured these out already. It is almost impossible to get on the Voiptel forum - signed up 2 days ago and my logon still has not been approved to post questions there. So, here are the issues: 1. Does not matter what I do I cannot get the Conferences to work. While all extensions, all Ring groups, Voice prompts are working - when I dial an extension for the conference - I busy tone. 2. On the AT620P phone there is a message indicator button - which has no problem dialing the voicemail extension but normally it should lit up when there is a message waiting. However every time I push the button it shows 0 new and 0 old messages - even though through the web interface I can see on the IPPBX that I have 3 old messages. 3.
