Hi Everyone, Can anyone share their working firewal, NAT, 1:1 configuration for pfsense to connect Zoiper to Asterisk from outside using a Dynamic IP? I know this is not safe but just doing tests and I am not able to register for some reason. The client registers fine when within the network. I have a feeling it's all pfsense related. I have the port 4569 UDP opened and forwarded to the internal server IP address but this doesn't seem to cut it. Should I do something on Asterisk server as well? define externip for iax.conf? or do something specific on pfsense? Thanks, Bruce I would put the server in the DMZ and see if that makes a difference, check sip_nat.conf for for something like this: externhost=yourdomian.dyndns.biz externrefresh=120 localnet=192.168.2.0/255.255.255.0 nat=yes (If your router can handle the dynamic refresh that should be done set up as well) Zoiper works well with IAX2 so it shouldn't be too hard to track down this problem Hope this helps -- Henry Coleman
