Hi, I hope this is not a stupid question: . i want have a "dial by extension function" in IVR. so people calling into IVR can directly dial the extension number after a initial announcement. i am surprised that the Elastix or freepbx GUI i am using doesn't give me this option. do i need to write extension.conf myself? thx.
