We need to log the duration of the time that the Caller was placed on HOLD by 
an agent or extension. Asterisk doesn't record anything to the queue_log file 
so it has to be harvested probably from the /var/log/asterisk/full (an even 
generates with MUSIC on HOLD coming up; indication of someone being put on 
HOLD) or maybe have a persistence connection to Asterisk using PHP-AGI??!! 
However, there are no time stamps in the /var/log/asterisk/full and it would 
probably not be so easy to parse the huge file and do it often without using a 
lot CPU resources. Have you done something like this before?
