[on-asterisk] Joining TAUG

I've come across the TAUG web site, where I found this mail list.  
However, on that site I don't see any method of joining TAUG or the 
forums.  When I click on the "Become a member" link, I get an error message:

"Access denied
You are not authorized to access this page"

It's difficult to join, when you get that sort of response.
