We are consistently getting a "Zero" second voicemail problem for one
specific tenant on our platform having close to 100 extensions.
We are running Asterisk 1.6.2.17 - and did not have this problem for the
entire course of our servers running on Asterisk 1.4
Its too easy to write a script to check for these and rid the zero
second voicemail header and rename all files in the INBOX, but that is a
band aid solution. I am looking for insights and suggestions that
could perhaps prevent this from happening in the first place. Thoughts
and ideas on how to prevent this would be appreciated.
