There is no proper source for asterisk and official response from Digium is to 
browse: https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Home


And that is much worse than voipinfo.org as it doesn't even have complete 
topics.
 
It would probably take 5% more time to document the changes for developers as 
they develope but will take 10 times that time for other users to log the 
changes or go on a scavange hunt. Specially at the pace that Digium changes 
things. The keep up with Digium would be a nightmare probably but I like the 
idea of having a solid source.
 
So, how does this work? you vote on questions and then they get answered by a 
team? or is this the foundation for another voip-info.org?
