The short answer to your question is, no, there is no "easy way" to so this with a stock asterisk install.
There are a number of asterisk reporting tools, some commercial and some free that will do this job. If you are using a specific distribution of Asterisk (for example FreePBX) some reporting tools are usually included. Your upstream SIP trunking provider should also have this information available.
