Hey Chuck,

I used SmokePing in the past. I loved this tool because I could see any delays 
from the previous day. When I had customers complaining about voice quality, I 
would setup SmokePing on my server to monitor their IP address and I would have 
an answer for the customer 24 hours later.

Not sure if it still in use, but it was a great tool for me a few years ago.
