Esqueçam,acabei dando uma estudada melhor no assunto, vi que o problema estava na quantidade de memória permitida para execução do script retrieve_conf definida no php.ini, foi só aumentar a memória no arquivo que tudo se resolveu.

Consegui criar os ramais necessários na mão (sip e iax conf), porém apesar de estar funcionando, os mesmo não aparecem no Meucci.
Alguma luz?
