We just added Set(AUDIOHOOK_INHERIT(MixMonitor)=yes) to our dialplan just
after
Mixmonitor() and the situation changed in the following way.

first recording contains: B & A and then the hold music and then A &C
 second recording contains: B&C and then A&C
