I've noticed this on a few recent installs of AsteriskNow on similar
hardware. When changing a setting in the FreePBX interface and clicking
Apply Config the Asterisk process will segmentation fault. I haven't been
able to tie it down to any particular setting though. What is the best way
to diagnose this and report a bug?

The setup is a HP DL120 G7 server with the 64bit version of AsteriskNow 2
installed and using the Digium Phone Module for Asterisk with some Digium
D40's. I do have the 'Digium Phone Module for Asterisk' setup
and that's how all the phones are configured.

I have a few core dumps and have created and attached a stack trace file as
described on the wiki page "Getting a Backtrace"[1]. Am I right in thinking
the problem is in the "res_digium_phone.so" module?

The software versions:
*CLI> core show version
Asterisk 1.8.15-cert1 built by root @ 89-139-19-10.digium.internal on a
x86_64 running Linux on 2013-01-11 21:05:45 UTC

*CLI> digium_phones show version
Digium Phone Module for Asterisk Version 1.8.11_1.4.0

# uname -srvm
Linux 2.6.18-308.24.1.el5 #1 SMP Tue Dec 4 17:43:34 EST 2012 x86_64

Thanks,
Dennis
