All users will dial in to the system as an external user. I figured I will use the analogue card to test my system while we process our request for an internal T1 from the department that handles our voice infrstructure. Once I got the T1, I'll move the analogue card to a "play" box to learn about Asterisk some more.
 
I haven't thought about the situation about rolling that 49th caller to the second line. I will have to talk to the group that provides our internal T1 on what is possible.
