Hi Roel, I can report that my i586-generic system works very well with a AVM B1 active ISDN card and chan_capi-cm in my box and a USB 10/100Mbit Ethernet NIC. I suppose the biggest question will be if there is an appropriate EICON driver for the PCMCIA version ... As far as know the maintainer of chan_capi-cm is doing the EICON ISDN-BRI CAPI for the DIVAs as well:
http://www.melware.de/ and http://sourceforge.net/projects/chan-capi/.. Works much more stable in my box than hfc_pci and mISDN ... With USB-ISDN-adapters I have no personal experience. Just "heard" that there were a lot of caveats ... --Jürgen >Currently i use an hfc pci isdn adapter. >This seems to work fine. > >My machine is an epia MII 6000 with only one pci slot. >I want to replace the isdn pci adapter with another card. > >I would like to use an ST5481 usb isdn adapter or an PCMCIA Eicon Diva Pro > >Has anyone get one of these working ? > > >_______________________________________________ >Astlinux-users mailing list >[email protected] >http://lists.kriscompanies.com/mailman/listinfo/astlinux-users > >Donations to support AstLinux are graciously accepted via PayPal to >[EMAIL PROTECTED] _______________________________________________ Astlinux-users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.kriscompanies.com/mailman/listinfo/astlinux-users Donations to support AstLinux are graciously accepted via PayPal to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
