I'm guessing you're going to have to post your dnsmasq.conf file.

Olivier,

        That's not a critical error.  /etc/ethers is only used if you
want to
do static MAC address -> IP address mappings.  Are you sure that your
machine (DHCP client) is connected to the proper port?
