Yes. 

1. remount your / in read/write mode before editing rc.conf (with "mount -o
rw,remount /").

2.In /etc/rc.conf set DENYACT as DENYACT="ACCEPT". (somewhere around line
55)

Don't forget to set it back when you done with your test.
