As it is the minimum configuration of
example so that my Sipura 2100 and softphone is registered and worked like
internal numbers and optional mi Sipura2100 call external numbers via
Internetcalls.com (Current config to Sipura only call numbers externals for
Internetcalls.com)

did an install to a pc and had the same issue...
ldd:
can't open cache '/etc/ld.so.cache'
libc.so.6 => not found (0x00000000)
not a dynamic executable

Can you send me the output of ldd /path/to/codec_binary? It will
probably just tell you that it is a static binary.
However, it's worth
a shot.
I'm worried that it might not be drop in compatible with uclibc :(...
