Adding a j option to the dial command should take care of it: exten => 47,1,Dial(SIP/47,21,rj)
~michael -----Original Message----- Subject: [Astlinux-users] VM - Unavailable or Busy Hello All, Someone's going to say that this isn't an AstLinux issue - but since I'm not running * anywhere else it's the only place I can go . . . I have been doing some testing so I can't say whether it has something to do with those changes (too many to mention), but I notice that I'm always getting the vm "unavailable" message even when an extension is busy. The dialplan contains a simple vm config: exten => 47,1,Dial(SIP/47,21,r) exten => 47,2,Voicemail([EMAIL PROTECTED]) ; Voicemail (unavailable) <snip> Rather than jumping to "busy" it's jumping to the "unavailable". Can anybody tell me what I've missed - It's Friday afternoon and it's been a long day . . . . . Thanks in advance, -Graham S.
